Job summary

University of Washington's School of Medicine seeks a Senior IR Technology & Applications Specialist to design, develop, and implement technology solutions across seven Integrated Resources areas using SharePoint, Power Platform, and Power BI.

You will lead enterprise projects, shape information architecture, and advance automations and self-service resources for internal and customer-facing sites. This role demands strong collaboration with IR leadership and UW partners.

Qualifications

Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions.
Proficiency with SharePoint and Power Platform components such as Power Apps and Power Automate.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, test, implement, and maintain enterprise technology solutions using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable applications and workflows.
Develop reusable standards, templates, and components to support IR growth.
Create and improve ticketing and service-request workflows across IR areas.
Lead technology projects from conception to post-implementation support.
Design and develop BI reports and dashboards to monitor service demand and performance.
