Job summary

KBR, a global technology and solutions leader, seeks a Senior Investor Relations / FP&A Analyst in Houston. The role supports external investor engagement and internal planning, delivering earnings materials, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis with a focus on accuracy and executive-ready communications.

The position follows a hybrid schedule with three on-site days per week in Houston, TX, reporting to the VP of IR & FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in investor relations, FP&A, corporate finance, equity research, or related fields.
• Experience supporting a publicly traded company or capital markets-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly earnings materials, investor presentations, and board materials with accuracy and alignment to company messaging.
• Plan and execute earnings calls, investor conferences, roadshows, and investor meetings.
• Monitor market trends, peer performance, analyst research, and shareholder activity to inform IR strategy.
