KBR is seeking a Corporate FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. You will partner with finance and business teams to provide actionable insights, drive automation, and enhance data flows across financial platforms.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in FP&A, strong Excel and ERP skills, and experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards. Hybrid work options in a flexible, globally connected environment are available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field required.
5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related analytical role.

Responsibilities

Support annual budgeting, long-range planning, and forecasting processes.
Prepare financial models, variance analyses, and management reporting packages.
Analyze financial performance and provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Assist with design and improvement of internal financial reporting.
Deliver timely, accurate analyses to finance leadership and partners.
Identify opportunities to automate processes and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with IT to implement smarter, scalable solutions.
