Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior in Transaction Advisory to guide clients through capital markets transactions, including IPOs and SPACs. You will shape equity stories, model transactions, and support underwriting strategy while coordinating with a dynamic, global team.

You will lead analyses, develop client-ready materials, and mentor junior staff, with opportunities to contribute to business development across multiple geographies. A flexible hybrid work arrangement and comprehensive rewards are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of Equity Capital Markets experience in a major investment bank.
• Series 7 and/or 79 plus Series 63 licenses in good standing.
• Strong experience evaluating and executing financing transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel and work extended hours as needed.

• Advising clients on strategic financing opportunities and transaction management.
• Preparing and delivering compelling presentations and analyses.
• Researching, reviewing and analyzing precedent transactions.
