Job summary

EY is seeking a Transaction Advisory Senior in the IPO and SPAC Advisory practice to guide transformative capital markets transactions from pre- to post-issuance stages. You will help align the equity story, support investor messaging, and coordinate transaction models alongside a dedicated project management team.

You will work with clients at the C-suite level, provide independent views ahead of negotiations, and contribute to business development within a dynamic, globally connected EY team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years in Equity Capital Markets at a major investment bank.
• Licence requirements: Series 7/79 and Series 63 in good standing.
• Strong experience evaluating and executing financing transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills across levels.
• Travel flexibility and willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on strategic financing opportunities and transaction management.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and analyses.
• Research and analyze precedent transactions.
• Contribute to business development and client solutions.
• Supervise and mentor team members in preparing client materials.
• Assist with transaction structuring, pricing strategies and capital markets insights.
