Job summary

OLH Inc. seeks a Principal Procedure System Specialist to implement and maintain the integrated procedure management system (IPMS) for programmatic control and DOE Order compliance across SRS procedures.

The role emphasizes safety, policy development, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include leading IPMS improvements, guiding M&O procedure teams, and ensuring timely reviews and approvals of policy documents in a dynamic project environment.

Qualifications

• MBA or higher with 2+ years of related accounting/finance experience.
• BA/BS in Business Administration with 5+ years of related experience.
• Associate degree holders with substantial relevant experience may qualify.
• High school diploma with extensive relevant experience may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IPMS-related procedures and controls.
• Ensure safety and compliance across plant and program activities.
• Provide guidance to M&O procedure organizations on IPMS.
• Maintain and organize company-level policy and procedure collections.
• Lead site procedure improvement initiatives and steering committee work.
• Coordinate approvals, sign-offs, and distribution of new policies.
