The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of post-JD experience, with strengths in chemistry-related sectors and USPTO admission. A JD from an accredited law school is required, and a PhD in Chemistry is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of post-JD experience in patent prosecution and litigation.
• Experience in chemistry, pharmaceutical, and biotechnology sectors.
• Admission to practice before the USPTO.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in MA, NY, CA, CO, or DC.
• JD from accredited law school; PhD in Chemistry preferred.
