Qualifications

• 5-8 years of IP litigation experience across patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret cases.
• Experience coordinating with clients to develop strategy and multi-jurisdictional disputes.
• Skilled in drafting dispositive motions and Markman briefs, taking and defending depositions, and working with experts.
• Experience with ITC Section 337 investigations or TTAB/PTAB proceedings is preferred.
• Role involves mentoring junior associates and overseeing document review teams.
• Contributing to business development and client relationship management.
• California state bar is required.
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional legal writing skills.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
