Our client is a top firm, seeking a mid-level litigation associate with 5-7 years of experience for its New York and San Francisco offices. The salary for this position is between $380,000 to $440,000.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in complex commercial litigation which includes trademark and copyright, trade secrets, antitrust, and class actions.
• Experience with trial and arbitration proceedings.
• Experience drafting motions, briefs, taking and defending depositions, managing all phases of discovery, preferably managed junior associates, and manage document collection and production.
• Federal or Supreme Court Clerkship preferred [not required].
• Excellent academic credentials required.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
