Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience advising on IP, brand protection, advertising, marketing and technology matters.
• Experience with trademark portfolio management: clearance, prosecution, enforcement and brand protection strategy.
• Experience counseling clients on digital marketing and advertising, including FTC compliance and influencer marketing.
• Experience with online brand enforcement strategies and domain infringement matters.
• Experience drafting and negotiating IP, marketing, SaaS, software licensing, cloud services agreements.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and cross-functional business teams on sophisticated IP and strategic matters.
• Manage trademark portfolios and coordinate with outside or foreign counsel as needed.
• Draft, negotiate and review commercial agreements involving IP, marketing, SaaS, and cloud services.
• Provide guidance on digital advertising, consumer protection issues, and brand enforcement strategies.
