Qualifications

• Significant experience managing trademark portfolios, incl. clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and protection strategy.
• Strong track record counseling clients on digital marketing, advertising, and FTC compliance.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating IP-related commercial agreements (marketing, SaaS, software licensing, cloud).
• Desirable work developing online brand enforcement strategies for infringing domains and brand misuse.
• Comfortable advising clients and cross-functional teams on sophisticated legal matters.
• Experience coordinating domestic and international trademark portfolios with external counsel.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on IP, brand protection, advertising, marketing, and technology matters.
• Guide trademark clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and brand protection strategies.
• Counsel on digital marketing issues, FTC compliance, and influencer promotions.
• Review and negotiate IP-related commercial agreements including SaaS and cloud services.
