Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Dive deep and solve critical design issues involving algorithms, hardware/firmware interfaces, IoT interfaces.
• Participate in design reviews for complex embedded systems, simulations, algorithms and software development.
• Influences within teams to drive the technical implementation for overall system designs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to improve agility (design, automation, development, test, operations).
• Define/refine system requirements and deliver interoperability features such as health monitoring, diagnostics, repair, and self-healing automation.
• Develop embedded software in C/C++.
