Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in electrical design and product development.
• Experience with schematic capture tools (Altium, KiCad, or Eagle).
• Experience with IoT-connected embedded systems and wireless protocols (Wi-Fi, BLE, Zigbee).
• Knowledge of 3-phase BLDC motor drives, embedded systems, microcontrollers, and analog/digital circuitry.
• Understanding of mechanical/thermal/packaging design for embedded systems in consumer and industrial markets.
• Experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, power analyzers, and timing analyzers for product verification.
• Reliability testing knowledge including environmental, safety, and EMI/EMC verification procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design ownership of electrical architecture and circuits for new platforms.
• Lead design reviews, optimize PCB layouts, and specify robust components.
• Support verification activities and DFMEA for reliable product development.
• Build prototypes and execute test plans for compliance (HALT, EMC/EMI, UL, CE).
• Collaborate with product, firmware, mechanical, and system architects; maintain technical documentation.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and embody best practices in the team.
