Job summary

Google is seeking a UX Engineer with strong iOS development skills and extensive SwiftUI experience. You will work across engineering and design to create prototypes, test concepts, and deliver polished features for the Google Search ecosystem.

You will collaborate with UX teams to shape user-centered experiences and drive production-ready implementations. Joining a multidisciplinary UX group, you will balance research insights, design goals, and engineering feasibility to ship high-quality,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in front-end development or UX engineering, including 3 years of experience using SwiftUI.

Responsibilities

Test concepts for iteration and prototypes across a portfolio of features and products in the app.
Promote standards and integrate changes into guidelines, and collaborate across functional teams.
Lead or contribute to key projects with systems-thinking, advocating for user needs across platforms.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver production-quality features.
