Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience (internship not counted).
• 4+ years of people management experience.
• 4+ years of iOS development experience.
• 3+ years of Swift experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop iOS client code that delivers on product strategy and adheres to engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, QA, and product owners to deliver high-quality, engaging experiences.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure on-time delivery of commitments.
• Mentor junior to mid-level engineers and grow the mobile team.
• Lead delivery of major components with senior engineers and architects.
• Share best practices and improve processes across sprint teams.
