Job summary

Lab49 seeks an iOS Senior Associate to lead and deliver innovative iOS applications for banking clients. You’ll own technical direction, mentor engineers, and collaborate with designers, product owners, and leadership to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.

This on-site role in NYC requires hands-on leadership, architectural input, and a drive to adopt best practices while expanding capabilities for new markets and regulatory needs.

Qualifications

• 9–10+ years in designing and building complex software systems.
• 4+ years leading Agile teams.
• Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI and UIKit.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, deliver, and test iOS Swift applications with product context.
• Guide architectural decisions and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical and business goals.
• Lead teams while contributing code when needed.
