We are seeking an experienced iOS Engineer to join a team focused on creating world-class browse and search experiences for millions of mobile users. This role offers the opportunity to design and implement innovative features in a consumer-facing iOS app while addressing architectural, performance, and scalability challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data science, guiding junior engineers and promoting best practices in code quality and mobile development.

Accountabilities

• Design, prototype, and implement new iOS features for a large-scale consumer application.
• Collaborate with product, design, and data science teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
• Improve codebase quality and maintainability, advocating for mobile best practices.
• Solve architectural, performance, and scalability challenges in a fast-evolving codebase.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap and advise on feasibility and scope of complex product requirements.
• Conduct experiments and leverage data-informed approaches to iterate on features and enhancements.

Requirements
