Job summary

Aura Home Inc. is seeking an experienced iOS engineer to join our Product Engineering team. You will own features from design through testing to production, focusing on a stellar user experience for our photo-frame app family.

You will collaborate with designers, PMs, and other engineers to ship updates that scale to millions of users. Expect a hybrid Objective-C and Swift codebase, UIKit/SwiftUI, and a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of native iOS development experience.
• Experience with an app at scale (10k MAU) and startup experience.
• Proficiency with Objective-C and Swift in a UIKit/SwiftUI hybrid codebase.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from the first line of code, through testing, to production, and monitoring analytics after release.
• Develop new features, fix bugs, and improve the iOS app.
• Maintain and improve build systems, testing infrastructure, and QA processes.
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to deliver new features.
• Participate in code reviews on GitHub and take ownership of weekly tasks.
• Engage in sprint rituals and coordinate with a distributed team.
