Job summary

Puzzle is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - iOS to join a growing product team and build polished, reliable mobile experiences for creators and consumers, with remote work from LATAM. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle—from design and implementation to testing, release, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to scalable mobile architecture, and help establish engineering standards that support performance, security, and long-term

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with iOS
• Strong experience with Swift and SwiftUI/UIKit
• Knowledge of the iOS lifecycle, concurrency, networking, and API integration
• Experience writing automated tests for mobile applications
• Experience diagnosing production issues, crashes, memory, and performance bottlenecks
• Understanding of mobile security, signing, CI/CD, and App Store release processes

Responsibilities

• Own iOS features from design through implementation, testing, release, and production monitoring
• Build accessible, responsive, and reliable mobile interfaces using modern iOS practices
• Develop and maintain API integrations, authentication, local data storage, and background tasks
• Diagnose and resolve crashes, concurrency, memory, and performance bottlenecks
• Contribute to architecture and improve development tools and processes
• Write clean, well-tested production code
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to mobile engineering standards
• Participate in production-support or on-call rotation
• Collaborate with backend, Android, QA, Product, and Design teams
