Hidden Jobs is seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to lead the design and development of native iOS apps for community banking experiences. You will collaborate across product, design, and backend teams, shaping the mobile product’s technical direction.

We value 7+ years of software experience with 5+ years in iOS, expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and Combine, and a track record of delivering scalable apps. You’ll mentor engineers and drive modern CI/CD practices in a remote-first, flexible work

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development experience including iOS focus
• Strong proficiency in Swift and modern iOS frameworks
• Experience designing and shipping scalable iOS apps
• Knowledge of architectural patterns (MVVM/MVC/VIPER) and best practices
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services
• UI/UX sensibility and building intuitive apps
• Ability to lead initiatives and deliver end-to-end projects
• Mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews
• Familiarity with testing (unit/UI, TDD) and Git workflows
• Bachelor's degree as listed

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product/design/engineering to deliver polished iOS experiences
• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS apps in Swift with performance focus
• Architect robust, maintainable solutions aligned with long-term goals
• Contribute to feature planning, design discussions, and effort estimation
• Diagnose and resolve complex performance issues across the iOS codebase
• Promote code quality through tests, reviews, refactoring, and CI/CD
