NOCD is seeking a passionate software professional to build on our iOS platform and member-focused experiences. You will work across the stack to deliver evidence-based OCD therapy features and enhance user journeys for our community.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate clearly in writing, and bring 5+ years of production-systems experience to a mission-driven environment that prioritizes accessible care for everyone affected by OCD.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production systems experience across the stack.
• Passion for OCD mission and empathy for members.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Ability to work across web, mobile, and backend stacks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build evidence-based OCD therapy features for our users.
