Qualifications

• 5+ years of iOS/macOS shipping experience.
• Technical lead experience and strong communication.
• Strong understanding of Apple platform architecture patterns.
• CS fundamentals and object‑oriented design.
• Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI/UIKit/AppKit.
• Demonstrated ownership of features with ability to mentor others.
• Commitment to an open and inclusive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build media management and collaboration features for Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, and iWork.
• Set the technical direction for new and innovative features in creative tools.
• Partner with human interface designers, QA teams, and cross‑functional partners throughout the full development lifecycle.
• Drive features from concept through delivery, taking end‑to‑end ownership.
• Mentor other engineers and foster a culture of learning, openness, and inclusion.
• Contribute to project planning and influence decisions beyond code, including user interface direction.
