Job summary

Speechify is a fully distributed company with no physical office. We are seeking a Senior iOS Engineer to help scale and enhance the Speechify iOS app, lead strategic engineering decisions, and deliver high-quality user experiences.

You will collaborate with a fast-moving product team, own critical components, and contribute to shaping the roadmap while delivering quickly and reliably across a globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience shipping iOS apps at scale.
• Strong Swift and SwiftUI expertise.
• Solid understanding of multithreading and concurrent programming.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Fastlane.
• Knowledge of SOLID principles and Git workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead key engineering and product decisions.
• Actively shipping production code for the Speechify iOS app.
• Work within a dedicated product team.
• Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap.
• Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
