Job summary

Superhuman Labs, Inc. is seeking an experienced iOS engineer to own the mobile roadmap on the Superhuman Mail team. You will shape technical strategy, architecture, and execution to deliver fast, reliable experiences across iOS.

You will partner with PM and EM to translate user goals into a 1–2 year vision, mentor engineers, and drive cross-functional alignment. Remote-friendly with hybrid options in some US cities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in iOS development or related roles.
• Expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and iOS frameworks.
• Track record of shipping high-quality mobile experiences.
• Strong ability to mentor senior engineers and lead technical direction.
• Fluency with AI coding tools and perspective on their impact on software teams.

Responsibilities

• Identify and own the highest-impact engineering initiatives across teams.
• Define 1–2 year technical vision for the mobile platform, architecture and roadmap.
• Partner with PM and EM to align product strategy with user goals and metrics.
• Mentor and coach senior engineers to improve execution and judgment.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to land the right outcomes.
