Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a senior iOS engineer to own the mobile roadmap and technical strategy for the Superhuman Mail mobile experience. You will collaborate with the Engineering Manager and Product Manager to shape a one-to-two-year vision, focusing on fast, high-quality shipping and AI-enabled tooling.

You will mentor senior engineers and drive cross-functional alignment to deliver outstanding user experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in iOS development or related roles
• Expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and iOS frameworks
• Strong ability to lead technical direction and mentor other engineers
• Experience in 0-to-1 environments (early-stage or new-product work)

Responsibilities

• Identify and own the highest-complexity engineering initiatives across multiple teams.
• Own the one-to-two-year technical vision for the mobile platform architecture and roadmap.
• Partner with PM and EM to define product strategy and drive execution.
• Mentor and coach senior engineers to grow in execution and influence.
• Drive alignment across functions and navigate organizational complexity to land outcomes.
