The Senior iOS Engineer will join the core product engineering team responsible for building and enhancing experiences that help the community of athletes connect, engage, and get the most out of Strava. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional partners to design, develop, and optimize features impacting millions of users worldwide. The position follows a flexible hybrid model with about half the time on-site in San Francisco. Responsibilities include working with engineers, designers, product managers, and analysts to develop and enhance Strava’s iOS experience, building innovative mobile experiences, using data-driven approaches to optimize product experiences, contributing to architectural decisions, mentoring engineers, and driving technical conversations. Required experience includes building iOS applications in production using Swift, staying current with iOS technologies, having a product-focused mindset, experience with maintainable and testable code bases, API design, unit testing, and collaboration with iOS, Android, and Server engineers.
