Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking an experienced iOS Developer with SwiftUI for a 100% remote, long-term contract role. You will lead features from conception to delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable mobile apps.

Qualifications

Strong experience with agile/lean methodologies (Kanban preferred).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engineering and product groups.
Ability to lead system analysis with architecture teams to deliver specs.
Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.

Responsibilities

Participate in feature implementation independently and with cross-functional teams.
Implement changes promoting efficient, reusable, and performant code.
Liaise with product stakeholders to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Participate in peer code reviews and define review criteria.
Investigate issues during the full development lifecycle.
Provide effort estimations for individuals and teams.
Coach and mentor junior developers.
