Job summary

WhoTechs is seeking a senior iOS engineer who loves Swift and SwiftUI to build apps and games from prototype to daily use. You will design, implement and ship features for our iOS apps, with a focus on performance, accessibility and reliability.

In a small cross-functional team, you will own data-driven decisions, implement in-app subscriptions with StoreKit 2, mentor teammates, and help keep our iOS architecture modern while collaborating with design, product and analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional iOS development with live apps on the App Store.
• Strong Swift skills including SwiftUI and concurrency.
• Experience with Firebase or similar backends.
• Solid REST and data persistence knowledge.
• Good English communication in a remote team.
• Familiarity with AR or mobile games a plus.

We’re looking for a senior iOS engineer who loves Swift and SwiftUI to build and grow our own apps and games — from the first prototype to features used every day.

What you’ll do

• Design, build and ship new features for our iOS apps in Swift and SwiftUI
• Own app quality end to end: performance, stability, accessibility and crash-free sessions
• Build subscription and in-app purchase flows with StoreKit 2
• Work closely with design, product and analytics in a small cross-functional team
• Run experiments and use data to decide what to build next
• Review code, mentor teammates and keep our iOS architecture clean and modern

What you bring

• 5+ years of professional iOS development experience with apps live on the App Store
• Excellent Swift skills, including SwiftUI, Swift Concurrency (async/await) and UIKit interoperability
• Experience with Firebase (Firestore, Remote Config, Analytics, Crashlytics) or similar backends
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, local persistence (SwiftData / Core Data) and modular architecture
• Strong testing habits (Swift Testing / XCTest) and experience with CI/CD (Xcode Cloud or fastlane)
• Clear communication in English and comfort working in a remote team
• Nice to have: experience with subscription apps, mobile games or AR (ARKit / RealityKit)
