Job summary

IntraNerve Neuroscience (INN) seeks an experienced IONM Professional, Neurophysiologist (DABNM) to support surgeons with intraoperative monitoring. The candidate should hold a CNIM certification, or be eligible for DABNM, and bring 5+ years of IONM experience.

You will work with in-house technologists and remote physicians, ensuring high-quality monitoring and patient safety. The role involves in-person collaboration, complex case exposure, and ongoing professional development in a busy OR

Qualifications

• Diplomat of the ABNM preferred; required within 2 years of hire (DABNM eligibility)
• Active CNIM certification is required
• Over 5 years of advanced IONM experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency with IONM equipment and data analysis across modalities

Responsibilities

• Perform intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IONM) for assigned surgeries, including setup and data collection.
• Evaluate IONM data, identify significant changes, and communicate findings to teams.
• Collaborate with IONM Technologists and remote physicians for interpretation and response.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation and timely reports.
• Provide education and mentoring to care team members and participate in QA activities.
