Job summary

Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA is seeking a Senior Investment Analyst to support oversight of diversified portfolios in excess of $7.0B. You will help with performance analytics, manager selection, asset allocation research, and risk management while leveraging Bloomberg, Clearwater, and AI tools to drive efficiency.

The role requires a strong foundation in capital markets, three+ years of investment experience, and a collaborative approach with internal teams and external managers.

Qualifications

• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills; strong written and oral communication.
• Solid understanding of foundational capital markets concepts and macro factors.
• Experience with fixed income, equities, or alternatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all aspects of the portfolio management process including monitoring, trade execution, and compliance tracking.
• Produce monthly reports, dashboards, surveys, and Investment Committee materials.
• Manage monthly performance reports with attribution analyses and senior management recommendations.
