The Sectors, Themes, and Finance Solutions Department (STF) supports innovative investment projects and new financial products, collaborating closely with client departments and representing AIIB in international forums. The department emphasizes themes like green infrastructure, technology, private capital mobilization, and cross-border cooperation, integrating climate, gender, and inclusivity considerations.

Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Senior / Investment Solutions Specialist for our Product Development and Management Team (PDMT). Key responsibilities include:

• Product Identification & Planning: Assess market trends, analyze industry landscape, communicate with client departments, prioritize initiatives, and develop product plans.
• Product Design & Structuring: Support proposal development, ensure compliance with strategic and regulatory standards, and assist in approvals.
• Product Monitoring & Evaluation: Analyze market and operational data, recommend amendments, and assess product performance.
• Knowledge Sharing: Maintain internal knowledge hubs, update external product information, and organize training sessions.
• Others: Perform additional duties as assigned to support the department’s objectives.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in investment product development at top-tier financial institutions.
• Track record in managing diverse investment solutions across asset classes.
• Experience in emerging markets, infrastructure finance, or sustainable investing preferred.
• Strong analytical, structuring, and regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Master’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
