Mason Street Advisors, LLC, a subsidiary of The Northwestern Mutual family, seeks an experienced investment research professional to perform due diligence on external asset managers and monitor ongoing performance. The role involves evaluating teams, processes, and adherence to research standards while supporting fund selection for the Active/Passive suite.

The position also covers trading support, derivatives oversight, risk monitoring, and preparation of investment committee materials,

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required.
MBA and/or CFA desirable.
10 years of relevant work experience in the investment industry preferred.

Mansioni

Perform initial due diligence and provide recommendations of third-party asset managers following Mason Street Advisors' investment research process.
Monitor external investment managers and assess performance and team/process quality.
Assist in managing the Active/Passive fund suite and asset allocation strategy.
Support trading functions and maintain relationships with securities dealers.
Assist in derivatives oversight, risk monitoring, and regulatory disclosures.
Prepare materials for MSA's Investment Committee and Board.
