Job summary

Fifth Third Bank, National Association in Irving, TX is seeking an Investment Executive (Financial Advisor) to lead a team, coach licensed bankers, and drive securities sales across a broad client base.

You will design and deliver coaching sessions, conduct client meetings, and develop strategies to grow assets while maintaining strong risk controls and compliance in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Brokerage industry experience is required.
• Licenses: Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) and state insurance licenses; variable annuity license required.
• Must be motivated by commissions and internal sales contests.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a sales environment.
• Strong coaching, teaching and presentation skills to transfer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals while serving clients' best interests.
• Plan and conduct coaching sessions for retail bank employees.
• Develop client meetings to review accounts and close sales with licensed bankers.
• Handle daily client needs and delegate tasks to resolve issues.
• Post-appointment follow-up to maintain relationships and referrals.
• Manage sales planning for self and team to drive results and client satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of financial products through ongoing study and coursework.
• Prepare internal reports for sales tracking and performance.
• Coordinate with team daily to ensure accurate accountability.
• Conduct internal/external seminars for business development and growth.
• Introduce additional services (loans, estate planning, deposits) to clients.
