Job summary

Fifth Third Bank, National Association is seeking an Investment Executive (Financial Advisor) to lead a team of licensed retail bankers in the Grapevine/Coppell area, driving securities sales and client strategies. You will coach bankers, build strong client relationships, conduct meetings to review accounts, and ensure compliance while achieving growth targets in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

Prior Brokerage Industry Experience.
Series 7, 66 (or 63 and 65) and appropriate state required insurance licenses. Variable Annuity license is required.
Motivated by commission sales and recognition programs.
Ability to motivate others in a team environment.
Strong coaching and teaching abilities to relay complex products.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales goals while serving clients' best interests.
Plan and conduct individual and group coaching sessions with retail bank employees.
Develop and conduct client meetings to review existing accounts and close sales.
Handle daily client needs and problems and delegate tasks to resolve them.
Post-appointment follow-up to maintain relationships and develop referrals.
