Job summary

PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Senior Business Analytics Lead to head analytics across investment data platforms. You will mentor staff, consult with clients, and guide tool strategy while driving data-driven decision making across multiple functions.

You will shape analytic approaches, oversee development and deployment of analytics products, and partner with technology for scalable, governance-driven data solutions aligned to business priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Investment Management, Asset Management, Wealth Management, or Financial Services.
• Deep understanding of the full investment lifecycle incl. research, due diligence, and risk management.
• Proven experience designing and managing enterprise-scale data warehouses and investment data platforms.
• Expertise with Oracle-based data warehousing environments.
• Strong experience with Hadoop and modern big data tech (Teradata/Trino/Iceberg).
• Experience with data governance, metadata management, and master data management.
• Hands-on with SQL, Python, PySpark, Java, or ETL/ELT development.
• Experience with AI/ML, generative AI, and LLMs in analytics.
• Dashboard/visualization skills using Tableau, Power BI, or front-end tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a centralized investment data warehouse and single source of truth.
• Design scalable data architecture with strong governance, lineage, and lifecycle management.
• Build and oversee data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and distribution.
• Develop analytical solutions for senior leadership to enable data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Technology on domain data rollouts (asset master, portfolio, risk, ESG).
• Create reusable data models and data products for enterprise consumption.
• Lead development of data-driven apps, APIs, and UI to support analytics and automation.
• Identify and implement AI/ML and modern data platform capabilities.
