Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in real estate private equity, acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management, investment banking, or related role.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, underwriting, and analytical capabilities.
• Experience evaluating and managing institutional-quality real estate investments.
• Ability to assess both individual assets and broader portfolio-level performance.
• Understanding of joint ventures, development investments, capital structures, and operating-partner relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presenting investment conclusions to senior decision-makers.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in building processes, relationships, and investment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of existing real estate investments and joint ventures.

About the Opportunity

A private investment firm is seeking a Senior Investment Associate to help oversee its existing real estate portfolio while playing a meaningful role in establishing and growing a dedicated real estate investment platform.

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial real estate investor who can operate across portfolio management, asset-level analysis, new investment evaluation, and platform development. The Role
