A dynamic and innovative energy platform specializing in energy storage and BESS projects is seeking a Senior Investment Associate to support their ambitious growth and project delivery across the United States.

My client is a promising player in the energy storage sector, committed to driving the transition to a zero-carbon future through cutting-edge storage projects and large-scale infrastructure development (potentially linked to Data Centers in the future, which is a brilliant opportunity).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare high-impact presentations for internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models and valuation frameworks specific to energy storage and BESS projects.
• Support capital-raising efforts, including debt and equity financing, to fund high-value nuclear initiatives.
• Oversee transaction processes, including coordinating due diligence with internal teams and external advisors.
• Create compelling marketing and investor materials to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A advisory, or private equity, with a strong preference for experience in energy infrastructure, ideally energy storage or BESS projects.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills with expert proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Solid experience in financial modeling and industry due diligence.
• A degree in a technical or financial discipline, accompanied by an outstanding academic track record, is highly desirable.
