The role offers broad exposure across public and private markets within a lean, collaborative team, emphasizing long-term investing and rigorous analytic work.

The Investment Management Team is Denver-based with a preference for local candidates, though highly-qualified remote applicants across the U.S. will be considered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 3 to 10 years of experience in institutional investing, asset management, investment consulting, or related field.
• Demonstrated analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Commitment to fiduciary responsibility and best interests of plan participants.
• Proficiency with Excel and investment research platforms such as Bloomberg, Morningstar, or eVestment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to generate market insights and support investment decision-making.
• Analyze a broad range of investment strategies and asset classes to inform portfolio construction and asset allocation decisions.
• Develop and maintain capital market assumptions, portfolio analytics, and optimization models.
• Evaluate portfolio positioning, performance attribution, risk exposures, and investment outcomes across strategies.
• Participate in investment discussions with thoughtful analysis and new ideas.
• Research trends and best practices in defined contribution investing and institutional asset management.
• Support due diligence and monitoring of external investment managers across markets.
• Leverage technology and AI tools to enhance research processes and insights.
