Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of investment principles.
• Knowledge of investment strategies (private equity, private credit, venture, secondaries, mezzanine, distressed, real assets).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience interacting with external consultants, advisors, or legal experts.
• Organizational and management practices for program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Assist CRS Investment Director and CIO in managing the investment portfolio.
• Perform due diligence on managers and service providers.
• Prepare materials for board review and investment committee discussions.
• Coordinate communications with investment partners and consultants.
• Support cross-asset class investment efforts with data analysis and financial modeling.
