Qualifications

5+ years of experience administering investment portfolios for individuals, trusts, charitable foundations, and corporate entities.
Experience developing and administering investment policy statements.
Experience in reviewing financial statements and an understanding of U.S. GAAP for investment companies and related reporting requirements.
Ability to read and interpret legal documents.
Experience in trading and securities research.
Experience in financial analytics and modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented, organized, able to set priorities and work independently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Proficiency in portfolio accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Team player, collaborative, able to work with others.
Excellent interpersonal skills essential.
High degree of personal integrity.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze existing investment portfolios, performance, risks, and drivers.
Provide regular reporting on asset allocation, performance and trends with narratives.
Conduct market research to identify investment themes and opportunities.
Perform due diligence and financial analysis on potential investments.
Prepare investment memos and presentations for review.
Support evaluation and execution of investments, including financial modeling.
Review performance of external managers/advisors and IPS adherence.
Develop and maintain Investment Policy Statements (IPS) for portfolios.
Ensure compliance with trust, estate and corporate documents.
Assist fiduciaries with investment reporting and liquidity management.
Meet with Investors and Business Managers to review results and liquidity.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages.
Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices.
