The Office of Investments at the University of Chicago seeks a Senior Investment Analyst to join our collaborative team. You will evaluate new managers, monitor performance, and prepare data-driven analyses to support portfolio decisions for a diversified, global endowment.

2–5 years’ experience, strong communication, and analytical skills are essential. Position offers potential remote Fridays and a path toward MBA/ CFA development; travel may be required.

Competenze

• Education: degree in related field.
• Work Experience: 2–5 years in a related discipline.
• Certifications: CFA designation preferred.

Mansioni

• Participate in manager meetings and reviews to assess performance, strategy, and risk.
• Prepares data-driven investment memos and materials for senior staff.
• Leads or contributes to liquidity analysis, fee/term assessments, and portfolio metrics.
• Maintain qualitative and quantitative records including meeting notes and diligence materials.
• Collaborate across asset classes to share best practices and improve reporting.
• Build knowledge by engaging with managers and market participants to stay informed on trends.
• Conduct investment analysis with increasing independence to support portfolio decisions.
• Support research, analysis, selection, and ongoing due diligence of external managers.
• Perform additional related tasks as needed.
