Responsibilities

• Lead management of portfolios ensuring alignment with strategy investment objectives.
• Design and execute trading, tax management tactics, and corporate action decisions across all Victory platforms.
• Uphold portfolio standards by mitigating risks and staying updated on regulatory standards.
• Independently execute global equity trades utilizing OMS/EMS systems.
• Lead ETF rebalances and reconstitutions, analyzing tax implications and market impact.

Skills

Experience executing trades for rules or model-based investing

Proficiency with OMS/EMS

Strong understanding of securities including equities, futures, and options

Quantitative orientation; comfortable manipulating, scaling, and analyzing large datasets

Self-starter and problem-solver with experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment

Education

CFA charter holder or working towards CFA designation

3+ years of proven investment-related experience
