The FA will build and maintain referral networks, stay current on investment planning, and mentor staff.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking or a financial institution.
• Licensing requirements as listed above for FINRA and state insurance.
• Ability to cross-sell and meet client experience needs.
• Willingness to travel to other locations and occasional evenings/weekends.

Aufgaben

• Takes active role in sales activities, including platform sales staff in assigned branches, assisting team members as needed.
• Coordinate’s maintenance of compliance files and respond to regulatory audits as necessary; assists in training staff.
• Maintains network of outside and internal referral sources to produce investment referrals; maintain relationships with professionals.
• Ensures regular communication of important client, product and regulatory information among sales team and management.
• Maintains knowledge of investment planning and bank products; ensures sales staff are informed of latest information.
• Provide current and prospective clients financial advice, planning support and access to products via broker dealer relationship.
