Job summary
Koch Industries is seeking a Senior Investment Accounting Manager to lead accounting and reporting for a diverse portfolio of investment strategies. You will partner with investment teams and other functions to ensure accurate GAAP and management reporting and drive process improvements.
You will coach a team of accounting professionals, manage external audits, and advise leadership on complex transactions and structures. A strong accounting foundation and leadership mindset are essential.
Qualifications
- Leadership in accounting, finance, or related field with transformation experience.
- Deep US GAAP knowledge and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Experience leading teams and coordinating external audits.
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration with tax, treasury, risk, and investment teams.
Responsibilities
- Own monthly accounting and reporting for a complex investment portfolio.
- Oversee month-end GAAP and economic reporting for leadership insights.
- Coach and develop team members to elevate contributions.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and significant transactions for stakeholders.
- Partner with investment teams to optimize onboarding and reporting of investments.
