An established industry player is seeking a qualified lawyer or experienced paralegal to join their team. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for investigating complaints, assessing them according to organizational standards, and preparing clear communications. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in FCA-related investigations or disputes, with a focus on delivering high-quality reports. On a day-to-day basis, your work will include:
You will ideally be a qualified lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE although paralegals with at least 4-5 years' relevant experience can also be considered. Applications from all levels will be considered on merit. It is absolutely essential that you have had direct previous experience of working on investigations or disputes where the FCA have been involved.
Whilst the preference is for someone to be immediately available, applicants on up to one month's notice in the current position can be considered.
Please note that the rate quoted is on the basis of working via an umbrella company and applicants will be assessed within that pay range according to their level and relevance of experience.
