Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer forensics, human resources, or a related field.
• Level 3 or Level 4 with corresponding years of experience as described.
• DOE clearance appointment/credentialing may be required depending on work location.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and address concerns raised by management, employees, customers, and partners.
• Conduct interviews, gather evidence, prepare and disseminate final reports.
• Interpret contract and regulatory requirements and ensure compliance of investigation programs.
• Participate in advisory group meetings and develop/self‑assess criteria for improvements.
• Develop investigative data analytic models and communicate trends to management.
• Manage caseload and mentor junior staff; interface with external organizations as needed.
