Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA or 12 years with a HS Diploma/equivalent.
• CFE or AHFI certification preferred.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quality objectives and oversee workload to promote timely development and resolution of investigations.
• Develop cases for referral to law enforcement or other entities and provide mentoring to investigative team.
• Act as a point of contact for manager and assist with workflow development.
• Review workload during monthly meetings; assist with prioritization and conduct QC for staff.
• Monitor the quality of UCM/WMM and timeliness for case updates; escalate to management as necessary.
• Mentor team members to detect fraud, waste, or abuse through research, analysis, and development.
• Telework available from EST, CST, MST Time Zone.
