Job summary

Peraton’s SafeGuard Services seeks a Fraud Investigator Coordinator to join the SGS team, focusing on investigating and resolving fraud or abuse in the Insurance/Healthcare space. You will interview subjects, develop cases, and collaborate with law enforcement as needed.

The role is primarily telework with occasional on-site work in Camp Hill, PA; strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe are required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and US

Qualifications

BS 2-4 Years, MS 0-2 or HS 8-10
Proven strong organizational skills
Utilize a personal computer.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient with Adobe
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
US citizenship required

Responsibilities

Investigate and take actions to resolve and/or prevent potential fraud or abuse in the Insurance/Healthcare space.
Interview subjects as part of investigations.
Collaborate with law enforcement by referring cases and providing subject matter expertise.
Research and identify fraudulent activity and assist with case development.
Perform appeals research using various systems and prepare appeals documents within specified timeframes.
Provide clerical support and maintain case files with thorough documentation.
