Job summary

JC Automation Corp. (JCA) is seeking a Senior Investigations & Compliance professional to lead investigations into regulatory and ethical concerns within our manufacturing environment.

The role requires translating complex findings into actionable recommendations and collaborating with legal, QA, operations, and HR to strengthen our compliance programs. You will monitor regulatory changes, oversee CAPA processes, and report to senior management and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investigations, compliance, or regulatory roles.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Compliance, or related field.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and industry standards.
• Proven ability to conduct complex investigations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct detailed investigations into compliance breaches and ethical concerns.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance programs and policies.
• Collaborate with legal, QA, operations, and HR to address risks.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update training.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management and regulators.
• Lead Quality Events and CAPA trend evaluations.
• Participate in regulatory inspections as needed.
• Support site initiatives and other business needs.
