Job summary

Integral Blue, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee inventory management, coordinate parts procurement, and ensure accurate stock levels at the Auburn Hills, MI office. The role involves monitoring, auditing, and optimizing inventory, while supporting test equipment, fleet vehicles, and interdepartmental collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of three years' experience managing inventory control, reconciliation, and shipping/receiving.
• Proficient in inventory management/tracking software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and trends.
• Understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Experience operating a hi-lo.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the shipping and receiving of new inventory items, inspecting them for quality, accuracy, quantity, and documentation.
• Support procurement processes and coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, Finance, and suppliers.
• Continuously monitor inventory levels to maintain correct stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular counts/reconciliation.
• Conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy.
• Determine reorder points, safety stock levels, and order quantities.
• Resolve inventory issues such as stockouts or discrepancies promptly.
• Generate reports on turnover, aging, and stock levels.
• Maintain documentation of inventory transactions using software.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, Safety, and other departments on inventory needs.
• Provide training on inventory-related tasks.
